Okay, geeks, help me out here.

Twice now I've tried to import my LJ entries to my DreamWidth account; both times it has permanently failed, with the message XMLRPC failure: Exceeded XMLRPC recursion limit.

Is there anything I can do at my end to fix this? Or do I need to file a bug report with them? (It's imported all of my entries through 9Oct03, and then it horks.)

Something is making the Remote Procedure Call loop, and the XML code is catching loops that don't end in some sensible number of times and killing them off so they don't explode the server. No idea what, if anything, you can do from your end. Filing a bug is what I'd recommend, especially if you can point them at your 9/10/2003 entries.

If you go here: http://www.dreamwidth.org/manage/circle/invite.bml it will generate your first five. I believe if your account was created after closed beta, you will be able to get them tomorrow in the AM sometime.
