- I dated the drum major my junior year (the closest to trendy I ever got); senior year I was with a sophomore.
- Did you win anything in Seniors Who's Who?
- No.
- What kind of car did you drive?
- I didn't get my license until after I graduated.
- It's Friday night...where are you?
- Home, or working on the latest community theatre production.

- Were you considered a flirt?
- HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...no.
- Were you in band, orchestra, or choir?

- No. I took computer programming because it fulfilled the math requirement.
- Did you get suspended/expelled?
- No.
- Can you sing the fight song?
- I was always too busy playing the school song(s) to learn the words....

- Either on the lawn or in the Music room.
- What was your school's full name?

Did you date someone from your school? A few boys on the math team here and there. Did you win anything in Seniors Who's Who? Transferring one's senior year is really non-conducive to that. What kind of car did you drive? Didn't. It's Friday night...where are you? At the religous services at the University, or hanging out with my friends from the aforementioned afterwards. Were you a party animal? The closest I ever came to being one, thanks to Friday nights above. I went to more college parties in high school than I ever did in college. Were you considered a flirt? Not by high school people. I really saved it for BBSing, said religious group, and the University gaming club. Were you in band, orchestra, or choir? In the choir for a bit. Got kicked out for not being able to carry harmony in a bucket. Were you a nerd? Oh, yeah. Math team and all. Did you get suspended/expelled? No. I might have been argumentative and diffucult, but never actually troublesome. Can you sing the fight song? I don't even know if we had one. I can sing my first one's Alma Mater - except that my fraternity uses the same tune for something, so I have to really concentrate not to mangle the two together. Who were your favorite teachers? Dr. Demmin - Honors Chemistry. One of the best 2-3 teachers I'd ever had, in anything. Where did you sit during lunch? First year, with the ESL kids. Then, with the math team. Junior year mostly in the library. Senior year, wherever was the quietest, generally by myself. What was your school's full name? Amherst Central and Williamsville North HS, respectively. School mascot? Tigers, and then.. um... May very well be Trojans, too... No, wait, Spartans. Or possibly goats. Or goats could be another school in the same system... Homecoming court? God no! Nothing that required me to actually participate in homecoming. If you could go back and do it again, would you? Absolutely not. I begrudged the heck out of having to do it once. What do you remember most about graduation? An utterly fabulous picnic I went to instead. :) Where did you go senior skip day? Funnily enough, stayed at school and read books. Have you gained some weight since then? Lost a few, and then gained back - I think right now I'm 5lb more. Who was your Senior prom date? Skipped it. If I'd gone I'd probably have dragged my boyfriend and proved he's not fictional (college boy, so nobody'd ever seen him), but it seemed unworth it. Are you planning on going to your 10-year reunion? Once again with the transfer thing - never got any friends at the school where I graduated. So, pointless. Who was your home room teacher? A very young and kinda cute Earth Sciences teacher, who married and changed last names half-way. Senior year, homeroom was combined with first class of the day, so the Government teacher dude. Who will repost? Someone who's not me. Did you play any sports? Badminton recreationally. Mathematics competitively. Do you still talk to people from school? Nope. There are 1-2 I'd not mind reconnecting with, but I lost touch with all of my actual friends on transfer, and that was that. What year did you graduate? 1994.

You SO need to go and bring as many of your OSO's as you can! That's quite possibly the coolest thing I've ever heard of doing at a reunion!
>I'm still toying with the notion of bringing along as many of my local(ish) sweeties (and people willing to assume the role for the evening) as I can, just to mess with peoples' heads....
I'm willing to put on my klassiest stripper drag and make out with you and anyone else as often as needed to help fulfill this dream. That's the sort of selfless giver I am, you know. (And I think it's the most awesomest idea I've heard in awhile and I'm a little peeved I didn't think of it.) | |
